What counts: an appointment pays only when it sits — the homeowner actually meets our closer, with the decision-maker present (the person who can say yes has to be in the room). Cancelled, no-show, decision-maker absent, or unqualified doesn't pay. Book it right, confirm the day before, and every one is money.

The Rookie — learn the system

Complete the 3-day orientation, run your first 4 weeks on the system (~80 doors/day), log everything in the app.
Money: $2,000 first-month minimum, guaranteed — you cannot lose while you learn.
LVL2

The Setter — prove you're consistent

20+ sat appointments a month, two months in a row (~80 doors/day, 5 days a week). Consistency is the whole test.
Money: ~$2,600+/mo (20 sits × $100 + 4 closes × $150) · Perk: priority pick of territories.
LVL3

The Manager — earn your crew

Hold 40+ sits a month for two months straight (120–150 doors/day pace) and you're promoted to Door-to-Door Manager: you get a team of 5 reps that YOU train and manage — your script, your standards, your crew, on top of your own production.

Is there a base salary?
No — this is 100% performance pay, so there's no cap. But your first month is protected by the $2,000 Ramp Guarantee: work the system for 4 weeks and you make at least $2,000, period.
When do I get my first check?
Pay runs every 2 weeks. Your sat appointments pay out on the next pay date after they sit.
What if the homeowner cancels or doesn't show?
Only appointments that actually SIT count — and the decision-maker must be present. Cancelled, no-show, spouse-not-home, or unqualified doesn't pay. Pro move: when you book, ask "will both of you be there?" and confirm the day before. Sat appointments = money, every time.
Do I need experience or a license?
No experience needed — orientation covers everything. No license needed to set appointments.
Can I work part-time / keep my other job?
Yes. You're independent — your hours are yours. Just hit the weekly appointment minimum to keep your spot.
What do I need to bring?
Reliable transportation, a smartphone, and work ethic. We provide the script, materials, app, and territories.
